Vienna International Music School is a private music institution based in Vienna. We provide structured music education following an annual curriculum and certificate program. Our teaching philosophy combines professionalism with empathy, helping students develop technical mastery, musical understanding, and confidence through consistent, enjoyable learning.<\/p>\n

Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Piano Teacher to join our international team. The position includes one-on-one and small-group lessons for children, and occasionally adults, online, as well as at our school locations in the 22nd, 2nd, and 6th districts.<\/p>\n

Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured piano lessons<\/li>\n
  • Prepare students for internal assessments, competitions, and public performances<\/li>\n
  • Maintain regular communication with parents and school administration<\/li>\n
  • Foster a child friendly, motivating, and respectful learning environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Completed Bachelor\u2019s degree in Piano Performance or Music Education (IGP)<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Proven experience in a similar teaching role<\/li>\n
    • Fluency in both German and English (Candidates must be fluent in both English and German to be considered)<\/li>\n
    • Commitment, reliability, and trustworthiness<\/li>\n
    • Friendly, polite, flexible, and well-organized personality<\/li>\n
    • Professional appearance and excellent manners<\/li>\n
    • Confident and experienced in working with young children<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
